If there is a quality issue with the book then please contact us and we’ll look straight into it.

If it is an error made by you, then I’m afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please understand that as each book is unique to you, it’s not simply a matter of returning it for us to re-sell. Having said that, contact us at hi@tickledmoon.com and we’ll see what we can do.

So please do make sure that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it.
