COVID-19 shipping update

Although most International countries are shipping within the delivery windows that the couriers pass on to us, please be aware that there are still occasional Covid disruptions and delays that are beyond our control.

Royal Mail strikes

Due to Royal Mail’s planned strike action over the summer, we will only be offering Hermes/Evri postage service to our UK customers between 23rd August-9th September, but at a reduced cost of £4.99

How long does it take to receive my book?

Softcover books take 1-3 days to manufacture with all your exclusive personalisations. Hardcover books take an additional day to make. Once dispatched it depends on which destination and shipping service you selected.

All of our books are manufactured in and shipped from the UK. Once dispatched it depends on which destination and shipping service you selected.

Overall, from the point of ordering your book, you should allow between 4-7 working days to receive your book in the UK and 7-14 working days for International orders, depending on which country you’re shipping to.

There are currently sporadic Covid related shipping delays to Australia and New Zealand, so shipping there may be delayed by an extra 7 working days.

So please allow plenty of time for that special occasion!

Where are you based and what countries do you ship to?

Our books are manufactured in and dispatched from the UK.

We deliver to a number of International locations. All currently supported shipping destinations will be shown as you Checkout.

However, if our website doesn’t currently support your destination we can still create a custom order for you.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

On the SHOPPING CART page (under the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button) you’ll see a box to enter your coupon code. Then click on APPLY COUPON for your discount to be applied.

Alternatively, at the top of the CHECKOUT page you’ll see “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” which will open up a box to enter your code in.

Can I return or exchange my book?

As each book is printed on demand with your exclusive personalisation details we’re afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please understand that as each book is unique to you, it’s not simply a matter of returning it for us to re-sell. 

That’s why it’s super important that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it.

However, we do offer a 100% Quality Satisfaction Guarantee, so if there is a quality issue with the book or a printer error, then please contact us at hi@tickledmoon.com and we’ll look straight into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but you have to be quick! Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll look straight into it!

There is a small window of opportunity before your book is printed. However once it’s gone to the printers you may incur some charges for all or part of the book.

Please make sure that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it, to eliminate any spelling issues, otherwise what you have written will be printed in the book.

There’s a problem with my book

If there is a quality issue with the book then please contact us using the form on the right and we’ll look straight into it.

If it is an error made by you, then I’m afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please understand that as each book is unique to you, it’s not simply a matter of returning it for us to re-sell. Having said that, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

So please do make sure that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it.
