As each book is printed on demand with your exclusive personalisation details and it’s unique to you, I’m afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
That’s why it’s super important that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it.
However if there is a quality issue with the book or a printer error then please contact us using the form on the right and we’ll look straight into it.

Yes, but you have to be quick! Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll look straight into it!
There is a small window of opportunity before your book is printed. However once it’s gone to the printers you may incur some charges for all or part of the book.
Please make sure that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it, to eliminate any spelling issues.
If there is a quality issue with the book then please contact us using the form on the right and we’ll look straight into it.
If it is an error made by you, then I’m afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please understand that as each book is unique to you, it’s not simply a matter of returning it for us to re-sell. Having said that, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
