As each book is printed on demand with your exclusive personalisation details and it’s unique to you, I’m afraid that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

That’s why it’s super important that you CHECK YOUR BOOK CAREFULLY when personalising it, as what you write will be printed in the book.

However if there is a quality issue with the book or a printer error then please contact us and we’ll look straight into it.

ADD MORE NAMES – (Optional) Click on ‘Please select…’ to add up to 4 more ADDITIONAL NAMES that will also appear on the double page spread as “everyone you love the most”. They could include:-

• More close family members eg. ‘Grandma Helen’, ‘Uncle Stephen’.
• Close friends

FAMILY MEMBER 1 – Ideal for a parent. This Family Member’s name is also used in the phrase “If FAMILY MEMBER starts singing, It’ll be a long night…”

You will find the DEDICATION button on your chosen book’s personalisation page. You can add up to 148 characters, over 7 lines. (PLEASE NOTE that Emojis are not supported and will be removed.)

You can view your dedication in the book by clicking on the PREVIEW MY BOOK button. 

What you type will be printed in your dedication, so PLEASE CHECK IT CAREFULLY.

In the “Birthday BOO!” and “Christmas BOO!” we help you out with a drop down menu of popular suggestions for their Favourite Gift and Favourite Food. All you need to know is the Child’s First Name, Surname and their Date of Birth.

Our easiest book to personalise is “What’s That??!!” – you simply personalise it with 1..2..3..or 4 names.

The extra personalisations do add another layer of delight and extra-special-ness to the book and story, so see if you can do a bit of detective work before you order it!

Yes. When you click PREVIEW MY BOOK you’ll be able to click through a full preview, complete with all your personalisations and dedication (if written). Please note that all starred* personalisation fields must be completed before you can view your preview).

 Both have 32 high quality 170gsm paper pages.

SOFTCOVER measures 215mm x 270mm and has a 350gsm, flexible softcover.

HARDCOVER measures 220mm x 274mm and has a quality hardback cover. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for special presents and keepsakes.

Our giftwrap books do not arrive sealed – just ‘tucked in’ – so you can check your book when it arrives and then ‘tuck it back in’ ready to present. ⠀

You can add it to any of your book orders for a small additional charge, which you can see once selected.

So obviously this takes more time and care as each book is hand bound and doesn’t benefit from the cost savings associated with a mass produced children’s picture book.
