“The Sleepytown Express” is a unique sleep story and song, which uses gentle, but powerful, suggestions that are designed to calm and soothe young children and help send them into a restful sleep.
The Author, Alison Reddihough, is a trained Meta-Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which uses positive and calming language to help support wellbeing and create change.
For the very best experience for your child and you, make “The Sleepytown Express” a regular part of their bedtime routine, finishing off storytime before they settle down to sleep.

Thanks for the excellent book guys! My 3 year old son really enjoys the Sleepytown Express, its currently his number 1 bedtime request! He quietly listens all the way through, and it winds him down nicely for the night.
